We have some important vacancies on the My Mountain Coop Board of Directors and our Grant Writing Committee. Recently, a few dedicated members finished their terms, and we want to sincerely thank them for their positive impact and service during their time with us.

Our Board of Directors is crucial to the cooperative’s success—they meet monthly to review reports, discuss recommendations from senior management and committees, and make decisions that shape our future direction. The term is defined as up to 5 years to ensure turnover. Our new board for the 2025-26 ski season will be sworn in at the 2025 AGM, on September 23rd, at the Sherwood Mountain Brewery, in Terrace, BC.

The Grant Writing Committee plays a vital role in securing the funding that keeps our ski hill thriving. These members research, write, submit, and report on a range of grants and corporate contributions, which are essential for sustaining:

    • Programming
    • Events
    • Infrastructure
    • General Operations

Are you passionate about our community ski hill, or know someone who might be? If you’re interested in joining either the Board of Directors or the Grant Writing Committee, please reach out to [email protected]. We’re happy to answer any questions, get you nomination forms and help you get involved! Thank you for supporting My Mountain Co-op—together, we’re building a brighter future for our ski community.
