DAILY LIFT TICKETS
To purchase a Daily Ticket, you can visit our Town Office, the Shames Mountain’s Ticket Office, or our Online Resort Store, you will need to pick a specific day for the Daily Lift Ticket to be used. If buying online for your visit, you will need to create an online account with our webstore.
If you need to cancel a Daily Lift Ticket, you must tell us 72 hours prior to the day of your visit. The refunded purchase can take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your credit card. Cancellations must contact us via email at [email protected]. If you simply do not show up on the day of your scheduled Daily Lift Ticket, your ticket cannot be refunded or rescheduled to another day.

MMC-Shames Mountain’s Books of 12 are a discounted bundle of 12 lift tickets. There are four age categories available – Adult, Senior, Youth and Junior.
For the 2023-2024 Season, MMC-Shames Mountain are placing a cap on our Book of 12 products. This means we will only be selling 200 Books of 12 of our Adult Book of 12.
To use your Book of 12 tickets simply go to the ticket office at the Mountain and we will be happy to print your Book of 12 Tickets for you. Alternatively, beat the crowds and go straight to the lifts by visiting us at the Terrace Town Office and redeeming your Book of 12 Ticket head of your visit to Shames Mountain.
Books of 12 Tickets are valid for two seasons and are completely transferable if the user is within the correct age range for the ticket. Tickets are NOT transferable once the ticket is active after the first scan at the lift by the ticker scanner. Once a ticket has been scanned it is only valid for that day
INDIGENOUS ADVENTURE PASS
What is an Indigenous Adventure Pass?
For the 2023-2024 season we are offering all Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Inuit and Metis) 50% of day passes, rentals, and lessons. To purchase your adventure pass please come to Shames Mountain (discount not available on online purchases) and have your status card, letter from Band, or other relevant documentation ready. Indigenous Adventure Pass does not apply to school/group bookings as they are already significantly discounted; please contact [email protected] to book your group.

Shames Mountain offers a full range of rentals to suit your needs as well as tailored lessons from our Snow School team.
For those who have purchased a Jr Season Pass for the 2023-2024 season, we are delighted to offer a 50% refund (minus a $20 admin), this refund will in the form of Resort Credit. The Resort Credit does not expire and will be applied to the billing contact for each Jr Season Passholder. Resort credit can be used in our cafeteria, bar, rental shop and snow school – you can also save the resort credit and apply to next seasons season pass.

Thanks to a new partnership between My Mountain Co-op LNG Canada and the public libraries in Terrace, Prince Rupert and Kitimat, patrons across the region will continue to have the ability to check out day passes for Shames Mountain to enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding, just like patrons can check out books.For the third season Shames Mountain and the public libraries of Terrace, Prince Rupert and Kitimat are joining together to offer users the chance to check out daily lift tickets for each lift operating day of the 2023-2024 season.

As part of the reciprocal inter-mountain program, we offer a 50% Discount on a Full Day Lift Ticket to Passholder’s from ANY Downhill Ski/Board Mountain! This discount is not available online and can only be used on the day of your visit at the ticket office. Please note that this discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounted tickets such as half day, Indigenous Adventure Pass, Parent & Tot, Uphill or One Ride tickets.
A valid Season Pass photo I.D. must be presented in order to qualify for the discount.
