Shames Mountain Gear Swap

Still looking for gear for the season? Got some used equipment you’re looking to sell? Come to the first ever Shames Gear Swap! In addition to selling some lightly used powder skis and other rental equipment, we will be receiving and selling equipment from the general public.  
 
Instead of taking a commission from selling your gear, we will be running this Gear Swap on our Resort Credit system. The value of your items that sell will be added to your account as Resort Credits, which can be spent on lift tickets, rentals, food and beverage, and all other products at the mountain. We will charge $2 per item you want to sell, and Resort Credits will be automatically added to your profile if your item sells. You will be contacted after the Gear Swap if your equipment did not sell, to arrange pickup. All sales are final and no refunds will be offered.

Please note, we will be accepting skis, poles, boards, and boots for this sale. No helmets or clothing.

Saturday December 2nd

Downtown office open for gear drop-off and registration from 9 AM to 1 PM. We will charge $2 per item you want to sell, and bring it to the mountain Saturday afternoon.

Ticket Office open 9 AM to 1 PM for pass pickup, doggy pass, uphill add-ons, and other questions.

Sunday December 3rd

Gear Swap in the lodge from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Ticket Office open 10 AM to 1 PM for pass pickup, doggy pass, uphill add-ons, and other questions.

Rental Shop open 10 AM to 2 PM for Season Rentals, ski tuning, and drop-off for binding adjustments.

Panhandler Café open 11 AM to 3 PM with a limited menu

Galloways Bar open 11 AM to 4 PM

Monday December 4th

Between 5-8pm any unsold gear will be available for pick up from our Downtown Office located at 4805 Highway 16 W (unless otherwise specified that unsold gear should be donated or disposed off).
