Dear Friends,
We want to start by thanking all of you for your patience and cooperation during this exceptional time in history. We could not be prouder of the way our ski community is relating to these unprecedented events and difficult decisions we have had to make.
Please be advised that our Downtown Office will be closed to the Public, as of Thursday March 19, 2020. Please contact us by phone or email.
Here are a few items relating to our early closure:
LOCKER CLEAN OUT
-Our Day Lodge will be Open for Locker Clean Out between 10 am and 4pm on Thursday March 19, Friday March 20, and Saturday March 21. Our lodge will also be open next week March 23-27 from 10 am – 4 pm for Locker Clean Out ONLY.
-This also includes all STAFF Lockers.
-If you are unable to come and clean out your locker during these hours, please communicate by phone (250-635-3773) or email [email protected] with our Downtown Office to arrange an alternate pick up plan.
-We ask that you all stay patient and recognize that alternate arrangements may take some time.
LOST AND FOUND
-Lost and Found will be packed up and brought down to the Downtown Office.
-It will be kept safe there until a date when our Downtown Office re-opens to the public.
-We will communicate pickup plan at a later date.
SHRED CARPET VOUCHERS
-Shred Carpet Vouchers which were scheduled to expire at the end of the 2019-2020 season will be honored until Dec. 31, 2020.
BOOK OF 12 VOUCHERS
Book of 12 vouchers which were to have expired at the end of the 2019-2020 season will be honored until Dec. 31, 2020.
SEASON PASSES
-There will not be any refunds given to Season Pass holders.
HUDSON BAY MOUNTAIN RESORT
-As of March 19, 2020 Hudson Bay Mountain Resort remains open.
– They will continue to honor our Reciprocal Agreement, offering 50% off to MMC-Shames Mountain Season Pass holders.
-We advise everyone to carefully weigh the Risk/Benefits of any travel decisions they make at this time.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the Front Line Health Care Workers: Nurses, Doctors, Support Staff, Cleaning Staff, etc. for their tireless work during this exceptional time being experienced all over the world.
