A Heartfelt Thank You to All Our Guests

What an incredible Blueberry Fest! Despite the rain, over 500 of you joined us in celebrating our community and the beautiful outdoors. Whether you were a familiar face or experiencing the event for the very first time, your presence brought so much joy and warmth to a soggy day.

It was inspiring to see our main parking lot bustling, just like on a classic powder day. More than 420 of you took a ride on the blue chair, and at least 100 guests—along with their little ones or furry friends—enjoyed picking and playing on the lower mountain. Your enthusiasm was infectious, filling the festival grounds with laughter and cheerful energy.

We were delighted (and a little overwhelmed) to serve over 400 burgers before pivoting to grilled cheese sandwiches to keep everyone fueled and happy. We are deeply grateful for your patience and good spirits as we adapted to the crowd’s appetite!

Thanks to your generosity and participation, we raised approximately $2,000 for our snowshoe program. With this, we look forward to acquiring more youth snowshoes and welcoming even larger groups to experience the magic of the mountain in winter.

We would be amiss not to also thank the sponsors who shared our vision to bring this fantastic event to the community. Lastly to the volunteers who helped make this possible, thank you, we could not have done this without you.

From all of us at Blueberry Fest, thank you for braving the weather, for your smiles, and for making this event a true community celebration. We can’t wait to see you again next year!

With heartfelt gratitude,

The Shames Mountain Management team
